So, J and I went to Utah for his brohams wedding, remember? We decided to make a quick trip to MOAB afterward to see some arches, feel the desert heat, capture salamanders, etc. The trip there was somewhat unpleasant. I was insanely hungover... makes my head hurt just thinking about it. And J and I weren't on the best terms. Ugh. But we drove onward, for hours and hours, and the state of things improved. Here are some pictures for your viewing pleasure. I will warn you that a lot of these are mushy-gushy despite Jeremiah hating me a little bit.
I love the desert. The heat.

At a rest stop. Random man insisted on photo shoot.
Haha.
Lovebirds.
Ew!

Rock.

When we got to
Moab the only thing we wanted in a hotel was a pool and somewhat cheapness. WE FOUND BOTH!! The room was under major construction but we got the best deal! Hilarious.

I had the M.O.A.B. for dinner. The mother of all burritos.

J.

Excellent coffee.

A little happier now.

Bright and early the next day. Arches National Park!

There are a million different hikes one can take in the park but J and I decided to take the longer one in Devil's Garden so we'd see as many arches as possible. We hiked around 8 miles and saw 7 arches.

Landscape Arch. The longest natural arch in the world. 290 ft.

I've never seen anything like the formations in Arches. The rock is more red than my camera captured.
