"Why are you moving?"

The most commonly asked question I've gotten lately has been "Why are you moving?? Like, wtf!?" Welp, the short answer is that I want to leave the city I was brought up in. The long answer is much more complex and juicy--dealing with family, school, and failed relationships which could take hours to divulge and fully explain. I'll uh, spare you (and me!) the details and show you some of the reasons I can't wait to get to Colorado despite all the things I will miss in Iowa.

Most of these were taken in 2008, the last time I made a big trip out to Colorado. Since then, I have met my future roommates and found there is much more to be excited about!! More on that in the near future.
