I'M IN DENVER!!!!

So, before I get into what I've been up to the past three days, let me expain how I found my roommates.... I looked on craigslist for months this summer trying to find a decent place in Denver with cool roommates. I would always get so hopeful about every person I contacted but nothing was falling into place. I was about to give up on roommates and just look for a single, but I finally found this dude, Jeremiah, who lived with another girl Melanie. They both seemed really nice but you know I facebook-stalked the hell out of them to see waht I was getting into! A couple weeks later, I made a trip to Denver to look into the situation further. At this time, I only had a couple more weeks until the move date and no other leads on where to live so I was a little nervous. Putting all my eggs in one basket was definitely not the best way to go about the search but I got incredibly lucky.

I wasn't completely sold on the place at first but after going out with Jeremiah and his friends a couple nights I warmed up to the idea. He has a lot of hilarious guy friends and this one girl, Eva, who is from Sweden and really fun. She was the first person to introduce herself and after she offered to take me shopping we were fast friends!!

The past few nights have confirmed how lucky I am to have found Jeremiah and his group of friends. I'll post about it (with pictures!) a bit later.
