Hi.
Hi!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I've had a really good weekend and past couple days, staying totally busy with house stuff but getting to hang out with friends too. I've been really frustrated because of my lack of a social life lately which this weekend remedied a smidge so all is back to somewhat normal.
Friday night was spent catching up on sleep, probably watching some sort of movie with Jeremiah. Saturday was spent at the new house, fighting a bit over kitchen cabinets and other silly things. But then Sun Red had a show that night and I got all purdy and hung out at the Meadowlark with Katie... much needed girl time. The next day was perfect. Went to Ned and Carrina's for Ned's graduation party, had some brews, caught up with Carl and Kathy, Spencer, other missed friends. The food was fantastic as well. After the party, J and I headed to the ranch for the night which is always special. J's sister will be moving back to South Carolina (or North??) relatively soon so everyone is trying to squeeze in as much time together as possible. J and I got to NOT think about the house for one night too which was definitely welcome.
J and I had an epic trip to Walmart last night where we found new summer sheets and a down comforter. I know, right!? A down comforter at Walmart?? I couldn't believe it either. We also got a lot more stuff for the house and some storage containers for all my clothes. That doesn't sound all that exciting but I was so completely giddy by the end of the trip my head could've exploded!!! I'm a little less enthusiastic today as I'm sorting through the masses of Stuff in my room. Oh well, I'm very excited to move into the new place. Pictures to come.
I'm going to SLC, Utah this weekend for J's brother Jethro's wedding to Sima. I. Love. Weddings. I might've mentioned this before... so I'm obviously very excited. J and I will have a couple extra days to hike and camp in Moab too which will undoubtedly be RIGHTEOUS!!! Stay tuned for my next post as it will be completely dedicated to my time at the Kentucky Derby. YES!!!!!
