So....
So, blogging is fun, but looking at other blogs has taken up most of my "blog time" lately! Especailly wedding blogs. I've been obsessed with weddings for a while now and have become even more enthralled looking at so many dream weddings.
I would give ya'll an update on the new house but J lost his camera cord in the move... so, until we find it....
This past weekend was fantastic and horrible in so many different ways! I'll focus on the positive: MUSIC, friends, art, food, and dressing up! The Underground Music Showcase was the event and all of South Broadway was the venue for hundreds of bands. J got me free wrist bands which would normally be $40 so I was really lucky. The UMS also brought out all the hipsters in the land which made for fantastic people watching. Here are some pictures:
I gotta haircut! These bang-bangs lasted the whole weekend which was perfect as I felt all the more hipster-chic. Thursday night I saw Roger Roll at the Skylark. There's 7 people in the band and they were obvi packed. Eric, on the left, asked J to join the band a monthish ago.
Friday. I recently moved all my shoes to the new house so I've had a limited selection to choose from. Last weekend I wore my work flats, these wedges, and random cowboy boots that had been left behind.
Spencey spitting lazers.
I didn't take a full outfit pic for Saturday. Jon Evans snapped this beaut--look how cute J looks with his cowboy boots and hat.
Munly was at the hidive. Best show of the UMS, hands down. Relaxing afterwards at Skylark with great new friend Sylvain.
J met Sylvain smoking outside the hidive and I felt so fortunate to spend the whole weekend with him.
The two Europeans became fast friends.
Chatter.
Tired after the night.
Spencer thought I looked like Annie Hall; Andrew thought I looked like a hamburger.
